Volunteers of the "Shakhtarsk" battalion had chained up an owner of the Hummer H3 car for three days. As a result, the man was gone, and the SUV became the property of the volunteer battalion. The witness reported it during the closed court hearing in Kyiv on August 2, 2016.
‘There was a Hummer H3, they took it away from a guy, and he was hanging there in “Shakhtarsk” for three days, chained up. We were staying in Mariupol. I haven’t seen him after that. Hummer has become a car of "Shakhtarsk" battalion. The guy has disappeared. They took off license plates, painted the car with white stripes. But the boy has disappeared vanished into thin air. Although he was Ukrainian, he pleaded to them not to kill him, offering his business and everything they wanted’, recalls the witness.
